Help! Fresh Water Fill?

Hi, I have a 2016 Sundeck 2200. This is on my boat’s port side. Is this the inlet for my fresh water tank? I’m planning to drain out the antifreeze that’s in the tank now

If it doesn't smell like poop (that would mean you have a holding tank for your head) and if it doesn't smell like gas, the only thing left would be a fresh water fill. The fuel fill is usually located on the starboard side by the helm station.
Can we assume your cap is missing (it would be imprinted with what system it is associated with)?
