Want to install two cup holders

Hi, I have a 2018 SS 192 and would like to add two cup holders.  Before I drill big holes, is there anything under the area between the seats above the radio?  See pic with red circle (not my boat).  Thanks.

    Checked with my dealer and he advised there shouldn't be anything under that top panel.  He recommended to locate holes closer to the mid section of the top panel so as to give plenty of room to the wiring of the radio.  Some cupholders have drains on the bottom of them.  I wouldn't recommend leaving them open, unless you have a hose directing it into the bilge area.
