2001 FD232GS, how to access fuel sender?

Fuel Gauge not working, reading Empty even though just put 30 gallons in. I don’t see any access to fuel sender to check ground, etc. I have one deck plate, but all that is there are the fuel lines. Only other spot is underneath the back seat in middle, but it’s just drain tubes.
Could access be under where the table mount is?
