2021 Hurricane 2486 "Bolster" Seat

I have a new Hurricane 2486 and am having a problem with the Captains Chair "Bolster". When in the upright position it cannot support any weight and collapses backwards. Is anybody experiencing a similar issue. Is there an easy fix?

It's a warranty item. If you pull back the cushion and look closely where the bolster attaches to the seat (either the left or right side) it's likely that the thin plastic arm that keeps the bolster upright has snapped.
