We recently purchased a 2021 Hurricane SS 188 IO w/ a Mercruiser 4.5 200hp.We have had nothing but problems since the first day we put it on the water. We have had a long list of issues, the main problem seems to be with the throttle box and cable. We have also had issues with bad gauges, the boat turns off when we put it in neutral. The boat has spent more time in the dealership being repaired than on the water. The mechanics at the dealership are saying these problems are due to Covid, assembling the boats too quickly with poor quality control. We have yet to have one day of enjoyment on this boat. Has anyone been experiencing these issues? Are there others out there like me - how did you resolve your problem?
