hull delamination

I have a 2014 21-foot Hurricane deck boat and it just started leaking profusely at the hull near the chime area - I had a fiberglas tech come look at it and it has delaminated at the chime area - i am the only owner and I understand that it should be warranted - does anyone know about anything like this? thanks, dee herrold
