switch panel fuses or subminiature circuit breakers?

Beside each of my switches on the helm is a little push button with a fuse(?) size number on it.... 5, 10, 15...
I assumed there were fuses of some kind in those, and have been trying to figure out how to change them. My livewell isn't turning on and the light on the switch isn't turning on (all other switch lights turn on). I've pushed this button...nothing seems to happen. Maybe I need a pen or something to depress it further than my finger? Or, is this not a push reset (circuit breaker)... is there actually a fuse in there that I need to figure out how to change. 2013 Fundeck 226F. Thanks!!

Pull the panel. If there is corrosion on the breaker and switch fittings, replace the connectors and devices as required. Been there done that.

Circuit breakers run about $6.00 from NAPA Marine. Very easy to switch out.
