2 Gas Caps ?

I just purchased a 2013 211 Center Console. It has the fishing package. It has the Gas Fill on the side and also has one on the right near the rear ladder. Does this boat have 2 tanks or a reserve tank. If so where do you switch tanks? Thanks

Disregard looks like the previous owner put a gas cap on the fresh water fill port.
