2018 CC21 Macerator Pump Problem

The macerator pump in my port side deck locker is not working. The starboard side is. I really don't use the macerator I just want to evacuate the water that has collected from the rain. I know it's not the switch or breaker because I switched wires and the SB side will work with the P side switch and breaker. So I'm assuming it's a bad connection or motor/pump. My question is, I have no idea where or how to access the motor/pump.
