Water capacity and care of wash down holding tank

On my new Hurricane 235, What is the capacity of the non-potable washdown water tank and how should I treat the water for long term storage in the boat - perhaps add a bit of bleach? Thanks in advance for your advice!

I did learn the fresh water tank holds 13 gallons. Any thoughts on treating the water with this West Marine product?
(I do not plan on drinking the water but want it to stay clean while in the tank long term, only using the water via the front and rear washdown nozzles.)
