2021 SD 2486 Convertible seats problem with hinges

The screws on the hinge of the convertible seats both fore and aft have all come out. I found eight out of 12 along with their mating inserts. I'm not quite sure what the engineer was thinking when he/she designed this. Purchased this boat new in May of last year so I believe warranty is still good however the closest dealer authorized to do warranty is 100 miles away. Has anyone had the same problem with the screws? I believe I have figured a way to reattach the hinges it would be nice to hear from anyone who has experienced the same problem and their solution.
