Here are the available diagrams that should help

I only see reds disconnected in your photo. The reds all positive power IN to each circuit breaker (they may even just be one red wire daisy chained from breaker to breaker as it is in my boat) and the colored wires are the outputs back up to the switch panel. So for instance whatever is labeled as grey with a line OUT from a circuit breaker is going to have grey with a black line coming IN to the middle male prong on the switch with the same label.Up in the switch panel the top black connectors are negatives (also probably daisy chained from switch to switch) usually to help power the switch light, and the bottom connector is positive power OUT to the whatever accessory the circuit powers. The accessory itself, wherever it is, usually has its own negative/ground back to the battery.

Here's the print that will help. They just need to wire according the layout on the bottom right for the relays. The wiring might be different colors of wire but the connections should be the same or the same idea.
