I have a couple issues with my boat that could use some help. First issue is that the boat will intermittently take on water, It is an inboard/outboard and am suspecting something with the rubber boot as was replaced last year. Because of the water in engine compartment I think it affected my trim feature as it no longer works so any electrical help would be appreciated. I can short across the contacts to raise my out drive
