I have a 2003 Hurricane Deck boat and the speedometer is not working. The outboard motor is a 2003 Yamaha 2 stroke 150hp.

I think most will suggest it to be a blocked pitot tube if you have a mechanical speedo. Mine is a GPS and so there is no pitot tube for that style. Here are some articles on the subject.
