Livewell drain line replacement

I own a 2001 Hurricane Sundeck 217 with the front livewell. I believe the return (drain line) froze or has come loose and need to replace it. It looks very difficult to access it and even more difficult to reroute a new one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Mark

Are you able to tie onto the other line and pull through?
