RE-mounting Bimini Nav Light power point into bulkhead

My SS 201 OB (2013) has an opening in the (bulkhead?) where power cables for the Bimini mounted nav lights penetrate, prior to climbing up the Bimini frame.  There is a gland in this location that has detached from my bulkhead and is now swinging free an inch or two from the bulkhead behind my captains chair.  Should I just use some silicone sealant to reattach that thing into the bulkhead?  Any brand to recommend?

Ok, I bought a tube of 3M Auto/Marine Sealant Fast Cure 4200 (3 oz. tube) on Amazon, and applied it to the gland, and then pressed it against the hull for about a minute.  I let go and it held, and then I walked away.  I grabbed it a month later and tried to make it move, and it refused, so I am happy.
