Dashboard blank for SS188 with no pre-cut holes

I see Great Lakes sells blanks, but they come with two cutouts already in place,  I need one that just has the mounting screw holes.  Do you know of anybody that sells one or is there a template available that I can make my own?  I am trying to mount a chartplotter in the dash that requires moving my gauges .
