Hi, I am currently upgrading my fish finder and have notice two wires not connected to the master panel. One that is red with a blue stripe looks like it would go to the switch for fish finder but it looks like it was setup as a piggy tail on the load side that would power the fish finder and would supply constant power to the fish finder bypassing the breaker and switch on the master panel. The other one is just red that looks like it would line up with a breaker all the way to the left on the right side that is by itself w no switch and is piggybacking a power wire  to the cigarette lighter. Any ideas or know the wiring setup for the panel would be appreciated.
