2021 sd 217 master switch no power

Lost power to master switch. I found the main accessory breaker near the battery. first question, is that the breaker that controls the power to master switch?
second I have enclosed a picture .. seems like the button is out a little but can't get push it in any more. Can someone tell me if it is supposed to be flat to the breaker box or is that the way it should look?
3rd does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2021 sd 217 fundeck?
