Bimini sway

I have a 2020 SS 185 and the Bimini sways quite a bit while underway.  It is in the upright position but not out of the boot so I’m not able to use the straps to secure it.  Is there any way to stop it from swaying so much?

    Hurricane did away with a sway control bar around 2017. Dumb move. My hurricane dealer now installs this bar. It's stainless steel and sold for about $150 in 2018.
