As the title says, what are you running? Looking to go 4 blade. Any 187 or 188 owners running one? If so what size? My stock prop stinks as far as getting up / staying up on plane.

I have a Merc 200 on the back of my SS 188. I've paired it with a Mercury stainless steel High Five 19P.
You'd need to know you're max RPM range on your outboard and some existing specs.
While yours is a Yamaha, you can use this to get you in the general range. [link=http://www.mercurymarine.com/propellers/prop-selector/#]http://www.mercurymarine.com/propellers/prop-selector/#[/link] for prop/pitch.
4 and 5 blades will reduce your top end speed however will get you on plane much quicker and provide more 'grip' in turns/corners and provider better watersports performance.

I would like to know what prop the 187 owners are running. The 115 Yamaha comes with a 3 blade 13 1/4 x 17p and it misses easily when I make turns tubing. I'm not sure if my motor is mounted low enough it could still go another inch lower or do I need to look at a 4 blade? Any thoughts
