Flushing Toilet in Head Not Working

I recently purchased a 2019 2486SD with a 250 OB. A working head was the big selling point with this boat for my wife and son with special needs. The first time out and needing to use it, it would not flush or fill. I have attempted to search for a switch or rocker switch/fuse, and no such luck. Is there a secret place where I might try looking? Some forums say there's a switch or button to turn it on - but nothing found. I really need some help before I gut it out and put in a portable toilet. Thanks in advance.
