Wiring Diagram for 2016 CC19 and wiring for navigation lights

We purchased a 2016 CC19 today that came with missing navigation lights. Wires are still sticking out on port side which we assume we can connect to a new navigation light but wires are missing on the starboard side (we think they just pulled back a little from the penetration where the light used to be mounted). Ia it possible to get an overall wiring diagram for this boat? Also, how difficult is it to either 1) access the existing wiring inside the hull so we can snake it back through for mounting a new light or 2) to pull new wire? Hoping we can just find the wire that has pulled back and snake it back through.
