Locker Not Draining

I have a 2020 SD 2200 and was just cleaning it out for the winter when I noticed that the storage area in the bow was not draining water. Interestingly, when I flushed the drain with a hose, water began to come up through the drain in the port side storage area. Same thing happens when I flush the port side (water comes out the starboard drain...no debris was seen). The port side drains quickly from the through-hull on the port side of the boat (the aft of the 2 holes on that side---the other is for the bathroom sink). The starboard locker eventually drained but it took about a half-hour (also from the aft port side through hull).Any thoughts?
