What's it made out of . . . fiberglass or plywood?

Thanks.

Jenny

This is pressure treated marine grade plywood that is extra bilge paint protected.

Here's another question.  This new-to-us boat has a scupper on the starboard side, aft.  Twice, a substantial amount of water has come out of it, once when it was on the trailer, while accelerating, and again when we took the boat out of the water, angling up the ramp, yesterday.

It appears that scupper drains the deck, but there was no water on the deck either time.  There did not appear to be water in the bilge, either.  So, where's it coming from?

    Thanks

As far as water-over-the-box issue, that has happened to us the last two times out, both from the wake of a passing boat.  It does not take much of a wake to do that.
