Can not tilt motor

This is a new to us sd 192 with a Yamaha 150 V6 two stroke. I can hear the motor but dont know where the hydraulic resovoir is located. Any ideas what to check or where to check.

Do a search in your favorite browser. I saw one associated with adding fluid to a pump. My issue, I believe, is relay related. Motor goes up, but will not go down.

Okay watched a bunch of Youtube videos and got it working...I want to add that doing the manual lift is hard as all get up Not recommended for one person EVERThanks
