2022 191 Electrical Panel & Water

Bought our 191 brand new, noticed water dripping occasionally from the electrical panel during use the first year. Last summer water was basically pouring out of the panel. Obviously now have connection issues and must replace all the breakers and toggle switches.
Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know how, why or what is happening? I understand condensation but this is actually pouring water at times.
