Electrical Problem - Fundeck 196RE

Hello - I have an electrical problem on my fundeck. I have power to turn over the motor but nothing through my switches. Here is the list of checks I have done so far.
- Battery check - working properly
- Main line fuses from power to the helm switches - appear to be fine and not blown
- Relay just before main power switch was changed and working now. I have voltage coming out of the relay
- Power line to power switch is hot and when switch is turned on, returns voltage back to relay
it appears there is voltage going properly, however cannot get any accessory power to work.

Here is an older electrical diagram that may help. I am not sure what year of boat you own.
