Fusion MS-SRX400 no sound

I have a 2021 SS218 boat with the Garmin Fusion MS-SRX400 installed. Also installed are the 4 Fusion speakers. The radio just stopped working. Powers up. Connects to phone Bluetooth. No sound from FM, AM or Bluetooth. Called Garmin support. They sent me a new head unit. I installed is and same result. All I hear is a constant click from speakers.
Any thoughts?
Anyone have the radio/speaker wiring diagram?
Is there an AMP installed somewhere? If yes, where is it?
I appreciate your help.

Well I found the problem. It was one bad speaker. Once I disconnected it the other 3 worked perfectly. Just need to replace it. Crazy.
