Help!! FD198 fishing seat pedestal pole removal

We have a 2022 Fundeck 198 saltwater edition.. we can remove the seats but can’t get the poles out.. please help!!

I would have to suggest putting a lubricant down in the base slowly try to move back in forth. Worse case is that the whole floor base will need to be removed to try to break this pedestal loose.
