2014 Fundeck 198 cannot figure out Bimini top

I recently bought a '14 Fundeck and had it delivered from out of state. The for sale pics have the top up perfectly. However when I go to raise and lock the legs it is nowhere near lining up. Is there something I am missing ? Thank you for any assistance
