I got 300 yards away from the dock and the engine just quit. Quit. No sputter, no beep, just stopped.

Ignition is non-functional. Not even a clicking noise. Turn the key, nothing.

The dash gauges do not work (fuel, oil, temp, etc)
All the accessories work just fine.
Lanyard is in place, transmission in neutral, pressed the engine reset on the Mercruiser.
