2015 ss231 honda ob, power to helm/console problem wiring questions

thanks in advance. no power to console.  when console master power switch turned on, B+power at relay(s) input goes from battery B+ to zero.  checked, still has battery voltage  in and out at stern circuit breaker (also replaced breaker)

relays make no noise/click when console switches turned on.

-trying to diagnose...
-why two 10# red wires exiting deck to ctr console when only one exits stern battery area? Is there a splice somewhere?  where?
-why one 10# black wire exiting deck to ctr console when 3 14# wires exit stern battery area? are there harness splices somewhere?
-what is the location of harness routing from stern to console, port or starboard- if disassembly needed to try to isolate problem?
-are there any electronic devices and/or splices in harness between stern and console that could cause this?

also, ground at console 1.3 ohms resistance between console and battery

thanks

I'm having the same issue, did you ever figure this out? I'm tempted to just pay for a total rewire.

mine was center console boat.  there is access panel at base of back side of storage compartment inside console  inside corrugated plastic harness sleeve there is a factory splice (one red wire to two red wires) that was corroded, also 4 pin deutsch connector was corroded.  bought boat used- not sure when/how they got wet.  repaired both and tied up harness so it wasn't just laying on floor.  also while disassembled looking for routing i ran new + and - wire from battery area to console along port side of hull, just in case, because original conductors were corroded and wasn't sure crimp connections would stay good.

Mines also a center console, i didn't even know there was an access panel in there. Thanks you might've saved my butt.

That was the exact problem, just got it fixed. One of the connectors was bad and that 2 to 1 red wire splice came apart just by pulling on it a bit.

Great, can't believe they left harness just lying in bottom of hull where it's likely to wet!
