So the bilge, horn and master breakers are ok and all the rest of the electric does not work and the panel breakers are popped out. I took the battery cables off and the breakers will still not reset. What is popping the accessory panel breakers yet the horn, bilge and master work? I replaced the two relays near the battery and that did not fix it. Thanks!
