On a 198 Fun Deck where is the pitot tube for a defective speedodometer appear? searched the entire hull still cannot find it. Was told it was just probably clogged up with debris.

If you have an outboard, the pilot tube opening is on the front edge of the lower unit. Its sort of hard to find, since it is a very small hole. Take a small plastic tube and poke in the opening and that will usually remove the blockage. Try reverse. Prob just clogged. I have had it happen to me and started working again on it's own. If you have an outboard easy to clog. Also if you are just puttering about and not plaining out easy to happen.
