Hi guys,
so I’m planning on taking my new boat out for its maiden voyage tomorrow and begin the break in process on the motor.
so I’m planning on taking my new boat out for its maiden voyage tomorrow and begin the break in process on the motor.
As we all know the user manuals are pretty crap for these boats, at least the one I got with it is more of a Safety brush up rather than a specific ins and outs and how too’s for my specific boat/model.
I have the 1 metal screw in bung on the transom which tight as and I can’t loosen it with my fingers. My question is when I found out of the water, am I too loosen this like a traditional bung to let out any water in the hull or do we rely completely on the bilge pump and treat it like a “bungless” boat?
Any other tips and tricks for my first trip will be appreciated.
