2014 2200 OB, HELP…relay coil voltage drop

Hello all…I have a 2014 2200 OB, everything was working until I laid on the horn. After that nothing on the panel worked. The engine starts tack, fuel, rpm trim all still work. I have a Good 12v coming out of the master switch. Ground/neutral resistance is less than 5 ohms. I have disconnected the horn, I have removed the load from the relay 12v out pin 87. So only the coil is connected. I have replaced the relays. When I turn the master switch on my voltage drops to 1v and relay contacts do not close. It makes no sense at this point. Anyone have this problem before? What else can I check? Again I currently have no load connected to the relay output side.
Please Help…thanks

Update….problem fixed! The breaker at the battery was corroded just enough to give me 12V until I put a load on it. Hopefully this post will help someone else!
