Readjust foam on flip up bolster?

Hi. I bought a 2021 Hurricane 231cc ob. Both helm chairs have flip up bolsters. They are like new (only 100 hrs always covered. However, the foam has moved, such that when the bolster is up, you’re sitting on a metal bar, rather than the foam. Is there a way to readjust the foam to make sitting more comfortable?

The only thing you could do is reach out to a local upholstery shop to remove this vinyl. Have them make adjustments and reattach.
