Switch Panel Dead

I have a 2015 Sun Deck Sport 188 OB.  The fat 10GA wire on the + battery terminal is hot and has 12v on both sides of 40A breaker.  10Gauge wire at panel has no voltage.  Is there a schematic that shows connections/wires at the battery?  I have schematics for switch, ignition and gauges...all at the dash.  I need battery connections.  I think I'm missing something.  Interesting enough, I have 12v to the Master switch (purple wire), but drops to 1 volt when I switch the master on.   Zero volts at either 10GA wire behind panel (breaker for Depth and breaker for Nav)

Update: This problem started when I added a second battery and a batter disconnect switch.  I've put the wires back where they were originally and still have the problem.  I've check all the fuses near the battery and they're good.  I've checked the connections to the battery and they are good.  What I need is a picture/diagram/schematic that shows the power source (battery) and it's connections.  Part of what makes this more challenging is I replaced the original Yamaha 115 with a Suzuki 200, so some wires were no longer needed and were disconnected.

This is the typical set up.  Batteries are installed at the dealership at the time of sale not at the factory.

The power switch on the dash of my 2006 GS211cc is dead. Do I need to change out a fuse somewhere?  The motor cranks up and runs but can’t turn on any of the switches ie radio bilge pump etc. please give me something’s to try
