Fun deck 248 voltage issues

Hello I have a 1999 fundeck 248 with a 200hp v6 2stoke Yamaha it I am expecting an issue where I have no dash power and no crank but all my lights on the boat work and I can trim the motor up and down from its cowling any idea what could be wrong I have checked all battery connections and have good voltage going into the motor also have new up and down solenoids as well as new starter solenoid
