How to replace Anchor/Nav Light wiring that runs through bimini frame?

First of all....what a dumb design!
I need to replace the anchor/nav light power cable that runs from the foldable light on top of the bimini frame to the electrical connector plug below the starboard gunwale. Any suggestions?
