Hurricane SS 185 - What size prop (diameter & pitch) do you use?

Just purchased a 2023 SS 185 OB with Merc 115hp CT motor. It has a 3 blade Black Max 15.25 X 15P prop on it. Motor seems to rev high for the speed it goes. What size prop do you run on your SS 185?
