Pull Cord On Starboard Side

I
read that there is a "pull cord" on every Hurricane that runs from
under the helm and down the starboard side to the stern area. I have a
2015 Sun Deck 188 Sport OB, and I could not find the pull cord under the
helm. Anyone actually seen one? If so, can you describe the location and what it looks like or even post a pic?
