2022 SD217 Can a water storage tank be replaced in a SD 217 Sun Deck

I recently bought a 2022 SD217. Previous owner put gas in the water storage tank. I have flushed the tank numerous times and it still smells like gas. I replaced the water pump. Can the tank be accessed behind the left rear seat backing panels?

Unfortunately, this tank can only be removed with the top deck of the boat being removed. You could try to syphon and flush out the water system but the water would not be safe to consume.
