2001 Hurricane FunDeck GS201 - seacock tube

I have a 2001 Hurricane FunDeck GS201 with an outboard motor. Below the waterline in the stern there is a Forespar Marelon through hull seacock. The seacock’s tube runs under the center and lowest part of the hull. I cannot determine where this tube is connected, where it feeds or what function it plays. FYI – Live well: port is at transom starboard side – tube runs to the live well in the bow of the boat. Sink: only has a port on the side of the boat to exit sink water. Bilge pumps water out starboard side. Thank you, any help is appreciated.
