Beware Gary001 and Wilbur Vincent - POS SCAMMERS!

"Gary001" sent me a PM saying that "Wilbur Vincent" ([email protected]) had a helm insert I was looking for that I posted about here. I contacted "Wilbur Vincent" via email, and he said he had the helm insert and even sent me photos. He was asking $125.00, which included shipping.
I paid him $125 by Venmo, and then a few days later, he asked for another $50.00 "due to the escalating conflict between the U.S. and Iran, global supply chains are under severe strain, causing fuel and freight costs to rise unexpectedly."
I became suspicious, so I asked him to call me. "Wilbur Vincent" refused to call me, saying he was too busy at work. I told him that I can't imagine being so busy at work that he cannot have a 1-minute call. He never responded and has not replied to my texts, phone calls, voice mail messages, or email. I also PM'd "Gary001", the person who referred "Wilbur Vincent" to me, and he has not replied either.
Beware of Gary001 and "Wibur Vincent" ([email protected]).
