Right Side Switches All Out

I have a 2021 Hurricane SS 187 I/O. All the switches on the left side of the steering wheel work properly. However, none of the switches on the right side work except the Acc switch that doesn't have anything connected to it (blower, depth finder, 3 switches for lights are all not working). The master is of course on, the boat starts, and the horn works. I've replaced 4 blade fuses near the batteries, and two under the helm and still nothing works. I've also checked to be sure none of the relays are popped. Testing with a multimeter, the switches are showing 0 volts, while the one working Acc switch shows 12.26 volts. Are there any other concealed blade fuses or breakers I may be overlooking that could cause this? Any other ideas?
