Starboard storage hold retaining water

In 2015 I bought a used 2007 GS202 Hurricane in Florida and transported it to my cottage in Indiana.
I always clean the inside of the boat and check the drain ports prior to putting it in the water and on the lift. This year I noticed that the starboard storage compartment was not draining and water began to accumulate. There was no water swirl around the drain hole. The water was still in there after I towed it to our cottage, so I soaked it up with towels.
Recently I removed the console foot-well area and disconnected the hose on the drain elbow. It's routed under the driver seat from what I could initially determine, but beyond that I couldn't trace it.
I took the hose and blew on the end of it and found that collected water blew out somewhere, but not sure where. After that there was no restriction when I blew on it. I filled the hose with water but it still didn’t drain, until I blew it out again. From what I could determine it didn't drain into the bilge area or out any side port.
I then removed the access cover on the floor above the gas tank and found that after the seat area the hose curved in front of the gas tank and continued to the port side somewhere. It rose about 6" up and over some hard material (maybe spray-in foam used during the building process) but it's impossible to follow the hose past that point. I'm not sure if it's connected to a tee of another drain hose. The likely reason it doesn’t properly drain seems to be because of this rise in the hose. This is the first time I’ve noticed this issue, or maybe nerver paid attention to it. Not sure if there’s a blockage or not.
Does Hurricane Boats (is it still Godfrey) have any diagrams or information about the routing of the drainage tubes in the Hurricane deck boats? Do they route the drainage tubes consistently throughout these boats year after year?
My solution is to buy a new hose (where and what size??) and run it directly to the the bilge area.
Any other thoughts or suggestions?
