Starboard Storage Locker Not Draining

This was originally posted in "Deck Boat Support" and received no comments so I'm reposting it in this "General Discussion" group.
In 2015 I bought a used 2007 GS202 Hurricane in Florida and transported it to my cottage in Indiana.
The inside of the boat, storage lockers and drain ports are always cleaned prior to putting it in the water and on the lift. This year I noticed that the starboard storage compartment was not draining properly. The buildup of water had not drained after I towed it to our cottage, so I soaked it up with towels.
I removed the console foot-well and disconnected the hose on the drain elbow. It's routed under the driver seat, but beyond that I couldn't trace it. Once disconnected I took the hose and blew on the end of it and found that collected water blew out somewhere, but not sure where. I blew on it again and had clear air flow and then filled the hose with water, but it still didn’t drain, until I blew it out again. From what I could determine it didn't appear to drain into the bilge area or out any side port.
When the access cover on the floor above the gas tank was unscrewed I could see the hose coming from behind the seat and curving in front of the gas tank and continuing toward the port side somewhere, however it rose up about 6" over some sort of 2x4 and then by some insulating material right below the floor, but it's impossible to follow the hose past that point. It's likely connected to a port-side tee of another drain hose. The reason it doesn’t drain properly seems to be because of this rise in the hose, but this is the first time I’ve noticed this issue, or maybe never paid attention to it.
Does Hurricane Boats (Godfrey) have any diagrams or information about the routing of the drainage tubes in the deck boats? Do they route the drainage tubes consistently throughout these boats year after year?
My solution is to buy a new hose (where and what size, maybe 1/2"?) and run it directly to the the bilge area.
Any other thoughts or suggestions?
