No power to switches

The only power to the switches is to the master power switch and 1 accessory switch. They all worked fine for a while but then just went out while cruising. They do not work on battery selector 1, 2 or both. I have tried 1 other charged battery and it is the same. I am now charging both batteries that were in the boat. Could it be a grounding issue or the master power switch or breaker. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Bob

Hey Bob...checking with Hurricane engineers on this just to be sure.

If the master power and acc are the ones with power, then it sounds as if a ground connection on the back of the switch panel came loose there or on the ground bar inside the helm. The last possibility would be that one of the relays could have a wire that came loose. These are on the backside of the switch panel harness.

2007 SD2400 OB. All connections look good behind the switch panel.

Here's the response from Jeremy in Hurricane engineering: 

If you remove the switch panel that has the stereo remote on it, then it should be on that side within a breakout of the main harness that comes through the fiberglass wall of the deck. You can also try removing the cupholder insert and see if it is inside that area. Sometimes the harness gets loomed too far back and it is secured in that area.

We found 2 relay's that were corroded and replaced them. That took care of the problem. Had to remove the speaker and the cup holder panel on the side to get at them, but all in all a easy fix.
